Terms & Conditions especially for The Following situations 

1- The reservation is considered void & as if it didn’t exist - & will be automatically cancelled in the following cases :-
After 24 hours have passed from the date of reservation and the customer has not completed the rest of the car price or provided a written approval from the bank or finance company to purchase the car shown above, in this case the amount paid by the customer will be returned in one of the following ways: -
In cash or by check delivered to the customer when he comes to the company’s headquarters, or on his/hers bank account .
When the customer wants to change any of the car specifications described above or change the car as a whole.

2- This form will not be considered valid unless the warehouse official has signed and stamped it, indicating the availability of the car in the warehouse or the date of delivery. It will also not be valid in the absence of the original cash receipt signed and stamped with the company’s seal.

3- In the case that the customer withdraws the reservation or does not pay the remaining price of the car, the following will be applied :
Submitting a request to recover the value of (the reservation - the amount paid) from the customer personally or from his representative with a power of attorney authorizing this, or with an authorization signed by him personally and stamped with the authenticity of his signature from one of the banks he deals with.
The customer will be contacted through one of the company’s employees within 48 hours from the date of submitting the refund request.
The amount will be returned to the customer in person or on his behalf as indicated in the first paragraph of this clause (in cash or by check delivered to the customer upon his presence at the company’s headquarters, or on his account number at a branch bank).

4- The customer acknowledges that he has read and reviewed everything stated in this form and agreed and acknowledged everything stated in it, and that all of his data recorded in this form is true and accurate and on his/hers responsibility.

In case of a refund request from the customer 

1- The request must be written on the form, stating the reason.

2- The refund will not be made until after a 48-hour period has passed to determine the reason.

3- Upon recovery, an acknowledgment must be signed according to the forms.

4- If the payment is made by any means other than cash (visa), the customer will be charged administrative expenses.
